Well, this is my area of the site.
I met my wife when i was living in Texas and she was going to school at Eastern Kentucky University. We met on IRC. This was in 1994. She moved to Texas in early '95 and then we moved to Louisville KY and were married in August 1995. We now have a son who was born on 6 August 1999. I used to be in SCA, but that was almost 10 years ago. Looking into this was a natural extension of my interest in Role Playing Games. I used to play Dungeons and Dragons, but mostly now I play Shadowrun. Have also played Star Wars, Star Trek, Call of Cthulu, Rifts, Robotech, Battletech, Vampire:The Masquerade, Mage:The Ascenscion and Werewolf:The Appocolypse. I find RPGs a great way to relax and to work out any tension in an environment where no one can get hurt. :)
